Default NEWBIE - NUMBER OF SEPARATE "STORES" ALLOWED???

Hi: I just joined for a month to try out Datafeedr. My site is categorized by "brands" and caters to the equestrian world, i.e., equestrian apparel, horse care, horse wear, etc.

I have only created one "store," which was for one of my "brands." I tried to add another "store," and have been instructed that I need to either DELETE a store or UPGRADE to another program.

I was hoping datafeedr would be the final solution as I have multiple websites. I'm running into problems here which is putting me behind on getting product up on our site.

Can anyone clarify for me just exactly what is included -- and not? I read a lot of stuff and maybe I'm not doing something correctly. It's just that the clock is ticking for the holidays.

Should I make one "store" and divide it into multiple "categories"? Your constructive input is appreciated.

I thought I'd be able to generate a "store" very quickly -- not the case thus far. Hopefully, I'm just missing something despite that I've read and looked at a number of the videoes.

Thanks so much!!!

Hi,

If you have multiple websites and you want to have a store on each of those websites, you will need to upgrade your account to either the 5, 10 or Unlimited Site plan.

If you just have 1 website and want to display all of your products on that website, your best plan of action is split up your 1 store into many different categories. There's no limit to the number of categories you can create for your store. Most of our members have at least a few categories per store.

Be sure to check out our video tutorial library for further explanation: http://www.datafeedr.com/videos/

I hope this helps.

Eric

Thanks. You answered my question. I'm working on multiple sites and multiple programs, so I'm on overload. I'll rename my "store," and add the categories I wish to add and see how that works. I've looked at a # of your videos - very well done and most helpful.

Sometimes being able to just ask the question saves a lot of time. Great forum and great response. Thanks very much!
