To upgrade just cancel your existing subscription in PayPal.

Then sign up for the new plan via your Datafeedr account http://www.datafeedr.com/amember/member.php

After upgrading we'll send a partial refund for the remaining time left in your 1 site plan.

I have a similar situation where I have a 5 site plan and I'm upgrading to the unlimited plan. Will all my current stores cancel along with the 5 site plan if I cancel it? How do I combine all my stores into my new subscription

Hi,

Welcome to the forums!

Here's how to upgrade your plan without the upgrade affecting any of your stores: http://www.datafeedr.com/upgrade/

Hello Eric,

At present I am having 1 site plan. I am planning to upgrade it to a 5 site plan. I saw your post above of how I am suppose to do it and I totally get it. The only question remains is will I be refunded the remainder money of my 1-site plan that I have already paid.

Thank You.

Hi,

Yes, you'll be issued a pro-rated refund for the time remaining in your 1-site plan. Just let us know when you upgrade so we can issue that.

Hello Eric,

First I would like to thank you for your prompt reply. I did upgrade to the 5-site plan and got my 1-site plan cancelled.
