Default Page Title Broke

Store ID 37038

I've found out that my page title has been broken over the past few weeks and it's terribly affecting my SEO. I haven't made any changes to my theme's header for some time and was wondering if the updates to my datafeedr is causing the problem.

Here is the code to the title section of my site

<title><?php wp_title(); ?></title>
<meta charset="<?php bloginfo( 'charset' ); ?>" />

<?php if($favicon != ''){ ?>
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="<?php echo $favicon ?>" />
<?php } ?>
<link rel="pingback" href="<?php bloginfo('pingback_url'); ?>" />

Eric do you know what could be causing this problem?

Thank you!

Sorry Eric I found the problem. Apparently 3 weeks ago, after I updated my AIOSEO plugin, the plugin update enabled my title rewrite settings. Obviously that broke all of my site titles. This is the second time after making an update to that plugin it's changed my settings. I guess the takeaway of this story is if you use AIOSEO, and you update the plugin, check ALL plugin settings after the update as they have and will change them. Hope this helps others.

Hi,

I don't see any problems with your <title> tags. They look fine to me.

Eric
