Default style.css missing

Store ID: 41394
Website URL: http://ekologiskt.se/
URL to page in question: http://ekologiskt.se/

I have the latest wordpress version, multisite setup. It seems that store/style.css is missing, I can't find it either in the plugin zip or anywhere in the codebase.

Viewing source shows: link rel='stylesheet' href='/store/style.css' type='text/css' which doesn't exist. I have tried different themes.

The design of the products is therefore quite messed up, no buttons etc. Also the product images are huge, but that is another problem.

Hi,

Welcome to the forums!

Did you already set up the URL and Path fields here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Directories > CSS Directory ?

Hi, thank you, yes, the url is: /files/store/assets and path: /var/www/vhosts/www.xxxxxxxx.com/httpdocs/wp-content/blogs.dir/20/files/store/assets
But that directory is empty. Am I supposed to add this file myself, if so where do I get it?

Hi,

Since you've set up the directory path already, you should change store/style.css to %lc here: The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > URL Settings > CSS file

Then click the [Update Products and Settings] button.

Done! Now the path in the source is /files/store/assets/store.css, but it still doesn't exist. I guess I have to copy it there manually now?

Hi,

Let's try something different.

1. Go here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Directories > CSS Directory

2. Delete the content from the URL field.

3. Delete the content from the Path field.

4. Click the [Save] button.

5. Go here: The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > URL Settings.

6. In the CSS File field replace %lc with: store/style.css

7. Click [Save]

8. Go here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr

9. Click the [Update Products and Settings] button.

Hopefully that fixes the issue.

If it doesn't, please PM me the following information:

Sorry that didn't work either. I copied the file there manually (from your example stores) and then it works, problem is then that every time I update the store the file is deleted!

I don't have FTP access activated on the server but it's a VPS so I do have full control of it with shell access. I will send you a PM.

Hi,

I was able to get it working with the following settings:

URL Settings

Now everything displays properly.

Hi,

You're welcome.

Updates won't affect these changes.
