Default Setting up Store Issues

Hi! I have gotten pretty fed up with my shopperpress theme issues so I have decided to go back to using Datafeedr as my main store. I am customizing it and I have run into an issue. I only want featured products on the front page so I deleted the product listings before that and it worked well. I know see the featured products listed nicely. However when I did this it bumped my left sidebar down to the bottom of the page. How can I get it back up to the top?? I really like the look of 3 products being listed in each row.

Hi,

I'm a little confused. The layout of that page doesn't appear to be the same as the layout that is here: The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > STORE FRONT PAGE > Default

Are you doing something different to display that page? Are you using a widget on that page?

Can you try clearing your cache?

Default Store Front

Ok! I now have only the Random product loop on my front page and renamed it stylabl Picks. The only issue I have is the ad appears at the bottom of the left sidebar still. I even shrunk it to 250x250. On the product listing page the sidebars are fine. It's just on the homepage where the ad banner goes to the bottom of the page.

Is there a way to decrease the font size on the product names on the homepage so the entire name of the product shows without getting cut off?

Hi,

Adding the following code to your Custom CSS will decrease the font size:

Code:
#view .col1 .pl h2, #view .col1 .pl h2 a {
font-size: 12px;
}

Default Product Listing Page

I changed the font no prob with the code you gave me. However I now need the code to change the font of the description of the item in the individual product listing page. When I click more details I am taken to that products description page and the font is huge.

Thanks!
