By default Amazon information is not "older" than 24 hours. That is, the data is always cached, to avoid excessive amazon API requests on each page load.

This is the best option for most stores, but there's a new option in the plugin backend under Amazon API > Update and Local Storage if you want to reduce the cache time from 24 hrs to something shorter.

Regarding your other question when an Amazon product is no longer available the product remains in the Factory, but it is no longer displayed in the store.

Im still getting discrepancies in price from amazon. Not all product but almost 30% of them even right after I update the amazon api . Please need step by step guidance how to ensure all product are up to date.

Currenty in the Amazon API im getting the following

Update and Local Storage

Total Amazon products: 1470 (1470 up to date, 1495 stored locally).

Update products now.

to the right of update there is a box. what is that box for ?

Hi,

Go here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Amazon API > Update and Local Storage

Click the [Delete the Local Storage] button.

When Amazon does not ship the item we display the lowest new price.

For the product in question that is $377 as you can see on attached screenshot.

Unfortunately Amazon's API doesn't provide a price for this product.

You can use the price filter (set prices > 0) when searching for products in the Factory.

I checked some of the products on your page and the prices you display are exactly the prices that Amazon provides in the API.

There's unfortunately not a lot we can do about that.
