Hi

Welcome to the forums!

To only display sales items on your store's front page, do this:

1. Go here: The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > STORE FRONT PAGE > Default > Product list module > Settings ( )

2. Check "Use custom query"

3. In the "Custom query string" field, put in saleprice=1-

4. Save

To show both retail and sale price, you should add the following code here: The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > STORE FRONT PAGE > Default > Product list template ( ) :

HTML Code:
<!-- Featured Products List Heading -->
<h2>Featured Products</h2>
<!-- /Featured Products List Heading -->

<!-- Product List -->
<div class="pl">
  [product.each]
  <div class="t1 col3">
  <div class="bdr">
    <h2><a href="[product.link]" title="[product.name]">[product.name]</a></h2>
    <div class="thmb"><a href="[product.link]" title="[product.name]">[product.thumbnail tag='1']</a></div>
    <?php if ($product->saleprice > 0 &&  $product->saleprice < $product->price) { ?>
    <div class="prc">
      <small>
        Was: <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">[product.currency mode='sign'][product.price]</span>
        Now: <span style="font-weight: bold; color:red;">[product.currency mode='sign'][product.saleprice]</span>
      </small>
    </div>
    <?php } else { ?>
    <div class="prc">
      <small>
        [product.currency mode='sign'][product.price]
      </small>
    </div>
    <?php } ?>
    <p class="desc">[product.description]</p>
    <div class="btns">
    <a href="[product.link]" title="View details of [product.name]" class="dfbutton dforange dfmedium dfrounded">Details</a>
    </div>
    <div class="clearingdiv"> </div>
  </div>
  </div>
  [product.end]
  <div class="clearingdiv"> </div>
</div>
<!-- /Product List -->
Don't forget to click the [Update Settings Only] button after you have made all of these changes.

Thanks Eric for help that worked.
I have some other question too related to store home page sale items so please help on this.

1. In store page can I show only certain categories of sale item (like for my site categories would be Tablets, Cell phones, Laptops)
2. In store home page can I have show products from selected merchant like only from Amazon
3. In store home page how I can show more products with pagination or how I can limit certain no of products in one page.
4. For all the category pages can I change the products template design if products are sale item

Thanks waiting for your response

Hi

1. Yes, you can use the "c" parameter in your query string. c=123,456 where 123 and 456 are category IDs. So your query string would look like this: saleprice=1-&c=123,456

2. Yes, using the "merchant" query string parameter: merchant=Amazon or merchant_id=7777

3. You can change the Products Per Page here: The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > STORE FRONT PAGE > Default > Product list module > Settings > Products Per Page

4. Yes, just add the "Sale Price (if exists)" snippet.

Hi

You need to add the pagination links to the front page view. Here's a video: http://www.datafeedr.com/videos?vide...rc=yt#videotop

Pagination code can be found in your snippets under "Pagination Links" here:

The same code can be found in the snippets are under Tag List > Product Tags:
