Default Having Store on Frontpage, More Beneficial?

Store ID: 35299
Website URL: http://www.thenuwavefitness.com/
URL to page in question: http://www.thenuwavefitness.com/store

Hi Eric & Staff,

Lately I've been having no sales on my datafeedr store, previously before I changed my theme I had a good 7 sales in a month. Now I have 0 in the past 3-4 weeks. Originally my store was on the homepage, now its on its own tab. Do you think I should switch my store back on the homepage? Higher chance of visitors to buy something? I would love your input on the matter.

Thank You!

Really difficult to say as there may be several reasons like lower rankings for the keywords that generated the sales.

The only way to know is to test your previous configuration again to see if that makes a difference.

Also find out which keywords generated the sales.

Normally a subid for the sales should have been registered into your affiliate control panel.

Look up the subids into the tracking section of the Datafeedr plugin to know how people found your site.

Then check the rankings for these keywords to see if your site is still ranking well for these keywords.

Also when checking out your store page in FireFox and IE, your store has been pushed down to the bottom (probably because your banner ads in sidebar are too wide).

All what people see above the fold is your right sidebar with banner ads - a reason why people might click away immediately.

See attached screenshot.
