Default Tag Cloud

Store ID:
Website URL: www.4x4summit.com
URL to page in question: www.4x4summit.com

Hello,

I noticed that I have no tag keywords under Tag Cloud on home/store page. What could be the cause of this?

Thanks,

Aaron

Hi

Welcome to the forums!

This is probably because your Tag cloud is configured too restrictive. Here's more info on how to change the tag cloud parameters: http://www.datafeedr.com/videos/?vid...rc=yt#videotop

I checked out that video and several others. Changed the parameters but still I have nothing that shows up under the Tag Cloud. Also checked the product feed to make sure there were tag keywords listed in order to be pulled and there are...at a loss. Not a huge huge deal but I have followed every video from the beginning and this is the only issue I ran into so far. Reluctant to move onward til I know and understand why. haha

Your "freq" attribute is too restrictive. I changed it to freq='1/100000' and now tags show up.

This is my tag cloud:

<!-- Tag Cloud Heading -->
<h2>Tag Cloud</h2>
<!-- Tag Cloud Heading -->

<!-- Tag Cloud -->
<div>
[store.each_tag sort='count' limit='20' size='80/200%' freq='5/50']
<a href="[tag.link]" title="[tag.count] products" style="font-size:[tag.size]">[tag.name dash=' ']</a>
[/store.each_tag]
</div>
<!-- Tag Cloud -->

This is the page in question and the only tag cloud I see on that page is in the content area.

I do not see this on your store's front page view.

Regardless, wherever this code is, it should have a less restrictive freq.
