Default Linkshare feed?

Barnes and Noble is a merchant I am approved for via Linkshare. When I click through to "Buy" a product from Barnes and Noble in my Store I get this error message on an otherwise blank screen:

"Invalid Publisher Code, Offer, or Publisher - Advertiser Partnership Status"

My publisher code (affiliate ID) is set up in the datafeedr side. My status with Barnes and Noble is "Approved" on the Linkshare side. Other Linkshare merchants (Buy.com, CircuitCity, CompUSA) are working in my store. I must be missing something fundamental.

Can you point me in the right direction?

John

Hi

Your LinkShare Affiliate ID does not look correct. Please see these instructions: http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/60

Thanks Eric. You are correct. Problem fixed for now. What I don't understand is if my Affliate ID is the same across all merchants at Linkshare, why doesn't LinkShare just tell you what your affiliate ID is? I do remember you saying something in the video that finding the ID can be difficult.

Hi

I'm not sure why it's so difficult. Your ID should work across all merchants but it doesn't hurt to test.

Eric
