Update Problem - Content Disappears

Hi Eric,

I have noticed in the last version update, around 3.4.375... about 25% of the time when I do an Update Products and Setting, the entire DFR content disappears.

I can redo and it will come back up, but last week, I was away from the computer, it did an automatic update. It was not until 24 hours later I realized my site had no content. It wiped out about 50% of my search engine traffic. I have disabled the automatic feature for now.

Can you help me figure out what may be doing this?

Try changing the Factory Host to 75.101.166.188 on this page: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Debug

Do you get an error when the update does not complete?

No, it says update complete. Sometimes I get an e-mail about the error, but the space under 'error' is blank.

this is what was in the log. It was disabled. I enabled and hit reload. Not sure if this helps??

Actually what I meant is this: when you go to do an update, turn on the debug log. Then click the [Update Products and Settings] button. If the update fails, copy the results of the log and paste them here. Otherwise, turn off the log.

For now, you can clear and turn off the log.
