Default Widget on frontpage

I am no css genius, can you tell me how to stop the boxes from expanding? I am sure it is simple but I can't figure out the right code...

Also, I have been trying to get 5 or 6 one item rows instead of only 3. I have changed the template to 4 and changed the coding to 5 and 6 but 3 product one item rows keep defaulting.

If you scroll toward the bottom you'll see an avantlink PAW but unfortunately you can't customize it much and it just looks like crap. But I am trying to accomplish a more clean and customized widget with datafeedr.

Thanks for the help.

Hi

Welcome to the forums!

Here's some CSS that will help the boxes stop expanding at the top of the page.
Code:
img {
	max-height: 150px;
	max-width: 150px;
}

#wdgt_pl .pl .bdr .thmb {
	height: 160px;
	width: 150px;
}

h1, h2, h2 a, h2 a:visited {
	height: 2em;
	line-height: 1em;
	overflow: hidden;
}
That should be added to your Custom CSS here: The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > Custom CSS

I do see 6 products in a row so I'm assuming you got that fixed.

I don't see a paw.

As for further stylings, you should understand what's going on in the code as some changes you make can have drastic effects.

As for the product titles on products listed in a grid view, you should read this: /showthread.php?t=4385

Also, please see this thread regarding posting multiple issues in one thread.

Eric
