Default Amazon products not showing in the store.

Hi,

We have added amazon products in our store. Specifically in the two categories of our store: Gaggia Espresso Makers and Delonghi Espresso Makers. However, not one amazon products is showing in our store. We have updated datafeedr to its latest version. We've clicked on Update Products and settings a couple of times. We have all our API credentials inputted correctly in our store settings.

Our store ID is 31262.

These are the URLs of the two categories in our store:

http://www.espressomakersandmachines...presso-makers/
http://www.espressomakersandmachines...presso-makers/

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

Hi

I know you say you updated Datafeedr to the latest version but what version are you using? It does not appear to be up to date.

Hi Eric,

I am using version 3.3.3674

This is the latest version shown my Datafeedr in WP.

Any idea why the products are not showing?

Thanks!

Do you have any type of caching plugin installed?

Hi

That's strange. I imported your store into my test site and it shows all products. Can you go here WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr and tell me what the version number says in the upper right corner?

Hi Eric,

I have sent you the blog login info. I don't have the FTP login details as of the meantime. Can you try fixing it using the blog login info?

Thanks!

Hi

Is your host doing any caching on your server? If we set up your store to appear under /store2, then your newly updated store appears. So, it does seem that your store is being updated properly but your front end pages have been cached.

Can you ask your host if there is any caching going on?

Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,

I have reported this to our hosting provider and they said that they did not do any caching on the server's side.

Do you have any idea what caused the store not to update?

Hi

Can you try completely deleting your "Store" page from here: WordPress Admin Area > Pages?

Make sure you first move it to Trash and then Delete it from the Trash.

Then create a new Page called "Store" (with slug "store") and then run a full store update by clicking [Update Products and Settings].

Eric
