Hi,

How do i show google the URL for the new site map?

Just add the URL to your Google webmaster tools.

Hi

You can configure that URL in your URL Settings. But you should wait to do any of that until this problem is completely fixed.

Yes, i will wait.

However, this url is the store posts and part of the WP plugin http://www.freakfish.co.uk/surf-prod...re/sitemap.xml

what i need is the store sitemap location so i can add this to webmaster tools.

I know, that's why I said you can configure that URL in your URL Settings. There's a new field for sitemaps. I would put in that field:
Code:
store/sitemap
Then, once your store is working (ie. the other issue is fixed), you will be able to add the following sitemap URL to Google Webmaster Tools:

http://www.freakfish.co.uk/surf-product-compare/store/sitemap

That URL will be responsible for producing a Sitemap for all of your Store pages.
