Default Monitor what products get added or removed?

I just logged in to my beautifully categories site to see one supplier had removed or changed their products resulting in almost half my inventory disappearing.

At the moment I only have 5 sites and it still remains practical to montior the numbers of products in each site. As I scale this up though this will become less and less practical.

Is it possible to see a change log of the products on update (those removed/added) or have this emailed to us automatically?

Best wishes,

This is currently not possible but I believe it's already been requested in the Feature Request forum.
