Default Embedding a custom view into a post

I created a custom post and am trying to add a custom view to the bottom of the post.
So I created a custom view called "3paddles"

In this custom view I added the product list

Then in the settings for the product list I set:
products per page: 3
Use custom query: cat=640761

I also used the template code to show 3 columns.

I embedded this view into the page, but it has 2 problems:

1. It is not displayed in 3 columns
2. It is not showing products from the category I setup in the custom query string.

The page with this issue is: http://www.downriverkayaks.com/how-to-kayak-paddle/

Store ID: 33289

You need to add the word "view" to the view's properties CSS ID here: The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > CUSTOM VIEWS > 3paddles > View menu > View Properties.

It should be c=640761, not cat=640761.

Excellent, thank you. The only issue I have now is that it is showing 3 of the identical products. See http://www.downriverkayaks.com/how-to-kayak-paddle/

Actually, they are all 3 different products. They appear the same but their IDs are different. This can happen when a merchant adds a record to their data feed for each size or color of a particular product.

You can remove all duplicates by checking the 'exclude duplicates' box on your search form. That will remove all but 1 product which have the same name, price and are from the same merchant.
