Logo Loading issue

I have a problem with some merchant logos.
I have read the solution links but this has not resolved the issue:

Affiliate Window Merchants "475 - Jones the Bootmaker" or "12194 - Love your shoes" do not have logo on Datafeedr so I have created these in the appropriate directory, as 475.png and 12194.png and they show on the category and product detail pages fine.

With Affiliate Window Merchants "16578 - Scholl" and "17224 -Shoon" the created logos do not show.

In all cases I have saved logos in both jpg and png format and the size has been 150x40 or less and permissions for all logos set at 777.

Any ideas

Hi

Are you sure the images are uploaded to your server? When I go to the following URLs on your site, I get 404s:

yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/store/merchants/16578.png
yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/store/merchants/16578.jpg
yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/store/merchants/17224.png
yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/store/merchants/17224.jpg

I would double check that you uploaded the images to the correct place.

The only thing I can think of is that the domain name under which they are stored differs to the domain of the site.

However this doesn't explain why images 475.png and 12194.png show - they are in the same folder!

Check the permissions on those images. Make sure they are set to 644, which is a safe setting for files on your server.

Done all that: still not showing.
Still doesn't explain why files in the same directory with same size and attributes are being picked up.

Is there any possibility that the Merchant ID shown on the "your Merchants" screen could be incorrect? Apart from that I'm baffled!

Hi

It's not a case of the IDs being incorrect. I believe it's either one of 2 issues:

1. The images are in the wrong place
2. The images have incorrect permissions.

I believe it's the former issue. The reason I say that is because I can see some of your images like these when I load them directly in the browser:

yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/store/merchants/475.png
yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/store/merchants/12194.png

But I'm still getting 404s on these:

yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/store/merchants/16578.png
yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/store/merchants/17224.png

That means either the image is not in that directory OR the permissions on those images is incorrect and therefore not allowing it to be viewed.
