Hi, I've watched the sales videos on this product and also some You Tube videos of others and it seems a great product.

I bought it earlier there and have followed the initial set up down to installing and activating the plug-in.

I am a beginner to this although have been following a coach who is teaching me AffiliStore but I keep hitting too many roadblocks with it.

I just have a question and don't want to embarrass myself or the forum administrators by posting the question in this forum if the ideal is to submit a support ticket.

Can you advise please?

I agree Warrior but having read the rules there are questions you can't pose in various sections of the forum so I just want to make sure I put the question in the right place. I agree with you that the only stupid question is the one we don't ask

My question is pretty basic so I'll wait and see what the moderators say but thanks for taking the time to read and respond, appreciate it

I found a video that showed me the area in the factory I needed to be at. What I can't work out is how to upload merchants that I have been approved for in CJ but are not on the drop down list in the factory Affiliate CJ section. Can anyone help me with this please?

If I am not mistaken, that means that their feeds are not available or they would not allow inclusion of their feeds to DFR......

If Eric or Stefan can not get access to those individual feeds, then they will not show up in that section.

I have had merchant feeds added by requesting them here. But, sometimes the merchants can't or won't allow inclusion of them (not sure why you would not want affiliates to make you money with your feed).

Not all merchants in a network offer a datafeed nor do all merchants with datafeeds approve our application. You can request merchants here...
