![]() Hi,
I have just installed datafeedr on my first wordpress site but am having problems with the setup. When I click 'setup' in the directories section a red error message appears saying "/tmp" does not exist. Also, if I click 'save' it just says "/tmp" cannot be created. Under the quick update section it says I cant do updates because 'temporary directory does not exist or is not writable' I know that the tmp folder does exist in the 'home' section on my hosting account. I have tried setting the permissions to 755, 775 and 777 but none of these work. I have also looked through a few pages on the docs but none of the suggestions on there seem to be fixing my problem. I have tried creating new folders in a few different locations on my hosting account, but still have the same issues. Is anyone able to help me out with this or what other info do you need? Any help is very much appreciated, Thanks a lot, Ryan |

![]() Hi Ryan
If your tmp folder exists in your 'home' section, then you will have to change the path to match the tmp folder's location. It might be something like this: /home/tmp But if that is not it, you will need to determine the absolute path to your tmp directory. Eric
