Default Store Products Not Showing

I've created the categories for my store at Shoesforyoursport.com

Within the factory are the (5) categories and those same store names are located on my WordPress page. I added products within the store and went into WP and clicked on Update Products and Settings and the store doesn't display live on my site.

In my WP admin page it does in fact state that there are 5 categories and 7 products so I would assume it's somewhere, it's just not displaying live on my site.

Any help would be appreciated.

Site name: Shoesforyoursport.com
Your Store's ID: 30844
Page where I added products to my store in datafeedr:
http://www.shoesforyoursport.com/soccer-turf-shoes/

Thank you!

Hi

Judging from your Factory settings, your store should be here: http://www.shoesforyoursport.com/store/

But, my guess is that you have deleted or moved to the Trash your "Store" page.

You will need to check your Trash and restore that page or if it's entirely deleted, create a new page named "Store" and with a slug named "store" (which is how you have your Advanced Store Settings configured in the Factory).

Thanks Eric. I restored the "Store" in WP, now I'm confused as to why those products aren't showing as they should in their actual store Soccer Turf and Training Shoes. I'm guessing it's something wrong I'm doing in Word Press?

If you want to specify another WP page that should display your store, you need to make a change to the Page name and Page slug fields here: The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > Advanced Store Settings.

Ok, I did that in the factory:
Page Title: Soccer Training and Turf Shoes
Page slug: soccer-turf-shoes

Store still doesn't display: http://www.shoesforyoursport.com/soccer-turf-shoes/

Well in fact that did work until I went to work on my other category store, Tennis Shoes.

For Page Title I put Tennis Shoes and for Slug I put tennis-shoes, click Save and then went and clicked Update Settings within WP.

For each category there should be there own Page Title and Slug correct? What's the best step by step to having multiple stores so that each store can have their own shoes within the store?

Thanks!

Hi

I think the issue is your sidebar widget is just not displaying the correct links because you are not using a Datafeedr Categories widget.

For example, your category pages can be found here (categories with products):
http://www.shoesforyoursport.com/sto...and-turf-shoes
http://www.shoesforyoursport.com/sto.../tennis-shoes/

You should add a Datafeedr Categories widget to your sidebar so that the proper URLs are displayed.

Oh yeah, and you should also do this: /show...6077#post16077

In this case it "Tennis Shoes" that keeps being displayed instead of "Store".

That's the other problem.

Using the Thesis Theme, would the code replacement be used in the Main Index Template (index.php)

Thanks

The Thesis theme is different. I've covered one work around here but the way that theme is built, it's really hard to make changes.
