Where do you insert the code? And where in the code do you insert the new code?

Here: The Factory > Your Store > Store menu > Custom CSS.

Just paste it at the bottom of the textarea and then save. After you have saved, click the [Update Settings Only] button to update your website.

I followed your guide, but it the text are still underlined here

What is wrong?

That's because you have edited the HTML. Try this:
