Hello, I am downloading my store but when I try to up load it into wordpress it says sorry but page can not be found.

I have tried clearing update log but no result..

Please can you help..

P.S. I left a message about an add button.. please do ignore was having a very stressed day and didn't open my eyes... Sorry about that...

Not sure what you're trying to do but you don't have to download the store directly from the Factory.

The easiest thing to do is use the [Update Products and Settings] button in the plugin. That's covered in this video:
