Hi good afternoon, since the last moth I have received this message ...

This is to inform you that the automatic update on your website ( has failed. Please see the error message(s) below:

So, I followed all the instruction in this video tutorial but the problem is here again, so I just don't know if I need to do something different this time, or if I only need to follow this tutorial every time?

When i followed this tutorial it did not auto create the folder as suggested so i had to create it myself.

You have to make sure the folder on your server is writeable. I set my permissions to 0755 if i remember rightly and not had a problem since.

0755 may not be correct but just make sure write is ticked on all permissions for this folder.

When I logged into your site I see the last update was successfully completed yesterday:

Last update started:	2015-02-04 16:35:54
Last update ended:	2015-02-04 16:52:12
Categories: 117 Products: 1,600
I ran an update again and everything functioned just fine. Here are the results of that:

Last update started:	2015-02-05 13:42:56
Last update ended:	2015-02-05 13:43:30
Categories: 117 Products: 1,600
It seems everything is running fine. It may have just been a temporary issue.
