Default Problems with 1800PetMeds product links

Store ID: 44565
Website URL: http://www.bassethoundmeds.com/

It's pulling this product from the options - http://www.bassethoundmeds.com/store...3100194041438/

And when you click the link, it takes you to the attached error message. When I searched for that item, "derm caps", the 1800PetMeds site says that the items was discontinued by the manufacturer. Why is it still available as an option to pull from Datafeedr?

And here is another example of the error still showing up when the product IS available on the 1800PetMeds site: http://www.bassethoundmeds.com/store...3102088400625/

What's going on with this and how can I correct the many products that are showing this message when you click on the "Buy" button on my site store?

I'd also like to mention that I am an assistant to Harlan Kilstein and have set up about 25 similar sites that are ALL having the same issue with this error message with 1800PetMeds.

Any and all help is appreciated!

Thanks
Glenna

Hi,

This is an issue with the merchant's links being incorrect. I ran your 'buy' links through a URL resolver and you can see that Linkshare performs the proper redirect to the merchant but the merchant's URL goes to 404. Additionally, I also looked in Linkshare's interface for the "Derm Caps" product and I found the product but it didn't have a URL...

I've downloaded the latest datafeed from 1800PetMeds.

Tested the links with our affiliate ID and our links generate the same error.

I've sent affiliate manager a message to report the issue.

I'll update this thread when I hear back from affiliate manager.

Default Any updates?

Hi Stefan,

Any updates to this? I have, as I mentioned, about 25 sites that are all having this same issue with 1800PetMeds.

Thanks

Glenna

Just got a message from 1800PetMeds affiliate manager:

"I was OOO since 7/31. I will update you as soon as I catch up on emails. Thank you for your patience."
