Specific Product Page - Weekly/Daily Deals

Hey Guys,

I'm looking at doing a particular product of the day/week and am wondering what type of coding/views/category I may need to make this happen. I'm currently pulling in product HTML from the Advertiser's affiliate links but know there's definitely a way through Datafeedr to make this happen as the SEO aspect isn't streamlined like yours.

Do I create a new view and apply that to the category/page or??

Then I would create 1 custom view, add a Product Detail module to the view and set up the HTML how you'd like.

Let's say you name your new view: dailydeals

Then you can add some shortcode to a WP page like this:

[DFR:dailydeals?p=123456789] (where 123456789 is the product ID).

Then just change the product ID every day/week to display the product of the day/week.
