Default RSS into Facebook and Title and Description

I'm directing all feed from all my stores into this facebook page http://facebook.com/HARTmarket

I tried RSS Graffiti (my favorite) but, it wasn't retrieving images from the feed.
> This was nice. It shows a title that has the link to the post, then the description if exists, and then the store and link

I then tried RSS For Pages (least favorite) but it also wasn't retrieving images from the feed.
> It was okay. It basically shows the same as above, except does not show the source or name of store and link

I'm now using http://Twitterfeed.com
> It shows the image and title but no description. Correction: It shows *AN* image but it's not the image associated with the title or description. I can't even say that it is picking up the first image on the page because I can't see that image on the page associated with the post. I have it simultaneously sent to a few twitter accounts so it has a prefix of the store name, which is carried over into the facebook post. I guess that's okay.

However - the thumbnail is not the thumbnail of the post image that is published in this page!

Q) Do you know why - and/or how to fix this?
> The RSS feed used for e.g. TurtleLvr.com and all Shop @ HART Market stores are in this format:
http://petlvr.HARTmarket.com/feed
http://turtlelvr.HARTmarket.com/feed
etc

Maybe there is a way to get the image associated with the post? I'm also not sure why only "bit.ly" is being sent instead of the description in the RSS feed.

This is what you need to determine... how to pass the correct image to the plugin you are using. I would ask the plugin makers how you can customize the image that is used.

DATAFEEDR is the plugin.

The twitterfeed is picking up the RSS from the drip feeds ...
http://lingerie.hartmarket.com/feed

which is a shortcode and facebook is receiving the update
https://www.facebook.com/HARTmarket/...53075171378167

from this store's drip feed post.
http://lingerie.hartmarket.com/sparkle-mesh-babydoll/

which is this content / drip feed post
[DFR:drip?p=480000570942359]

in facebook shows this image

http://lingerie.hartmarket.com/wp-co...0637118986.jpg

but should have been this image?

or

I see those images as well when I load up my feeds into a feed reader (like Google Reader, etc). But, not one of the images from any of the feeds are being retrieved from, or exported into my Facebook page http://Facebook.com/HARTmarket

I guess this will never get resolved especially if Facebook is the problem.

I wonder which is the worse evil? a link in a facebook page without an image? or, a link in facebook with the wrong image associated with it? I'm grateful my drip feeds are even making it to facebook.

Maybe this will all fix itself over time. // and not worry about this for now.
