Details Product Pages are showing not found or sometimes blank

Hi,

All of our details product pages are sporadically showing not found error and would sometimes shows blank page. This happens almost everyday but is fixed only when we click on the "Update Products and Settings" button and would show not found error again the next day.

Is this a known issue? Please advise as to how to permanently fix this because this is drastically affecting our indexed pages in Google.

Did you turn on Datafeedr caching? If so, try disabling caching here:
The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > PRODUCT DETAIL > Default > View menu > View Properties > Don't cache this view

We have checked the box "Don't cached this view" and clicked on Update Products and Settings in the admin area. However after 2 days it comes back again. The product details page shows not found error and an empty page. Any other idea how to fix this?

So we temporarily fix the error because we cannot afford to have this pages not to be accessible. We are loosing pages indexed in search engines because of this. The logs when the error shows up is in the previous page. Here's a screenshot of the error.

What did you do to "temporarily fix" this?

I went to the admin area and clicked on "Update Products and Settings" button to temporary fix this. Yes I think the fix is still in place but again this is just a temporary fix. The pages will show not found again a day or couple of days after the temporary fix.

Do you have any idea what's going on?

OK, here's the problem. It seems these are Amazon products and when we try to grab the product information from Amazon using the API, the update fails.

Can you double check your Amazon API info is entered correctly here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Amazon API?

We've removed the API info in the meantime to disable auto updates from being attempted.

Are you positive your Amazon API keys are valid on this page: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Amazon API?

If those aren't entered and aren't correct, then the Amazon product updates will fail.

Yes, I am positive that I am using the correct same amazon API key. I use the same API key with the other sites that are working properly.
