Default Nonce error

What is this? I tried adding a custom view to add a sale page but when I updated I received the text 'nonce error'. Even after I deleted the view I am still getting the error.
My store/blog is still intact.
Thank you.

I just updated your store and I am not getting any errors. Are you still getting them?

Nonce errors are related to security. You might need to logout and then log back into your admin area.

I seem to get these regularly too when clicking Update Store Settings...

If I click Back and then refresh the page I can update succesfully...

Nonces are used for security. Basically, if you have left an admin page open for a long time and then click on a form button that performs an action in your blog (not just opens a different page), the nonce value is checked. If WP sees that the nonce value is too old, you'll get a nonce error. It's there for the protection of your site.

But like ayorofrance said, refresh the page and you should be good to go.
