Default Consolidating Widget Brand Filters

store id =30751

Hi Eric,

I have created a brand filter for each of about 20 categories in my store. So, in through the blog admin I had to add 20 Datafeedr widgets to the sidebar. Is there any way to consolidate the code for all of those categories into one widget so that it recognizes the category that it's on and displays the appropriate brands for that particular category in one set of code and one widget rather than one widget per category?

Yes, but you'll have to write some PHP conditional code in there. Something like this would work:

PHP Code:
<?php if ($category->id == 552244) { ?>
<!-- Display category 552244 brand filter here -->

<?php } elseif ($category->id == 552245) { ?>
<!-- Display category 552245 brand filter here -->

<?php ?>
