Subscriptions not updating

I haven't updated this site to V3 yet, but I undstand I can download a V1 feed for it still. In the V3 factory I tried to make a change to a subscription. I save the search and select update the subscription, but the changes do not appear to be saved.

Hi

Before you can save a subscription, you must click the [Find] button. Once the search results have reloaded, then you can click the [Save search] button and the search should save successfully.

Thanks, the simplest solutions are the best although is this behaviour a little different from V1 in that when the store was loaded, it automatically refreshed the subscription.

If I load a subscription now there are say, 21 items in it. If I select Find without making any changes, this reduces to 13 items. Do we manually have to update each subscription?

Also what happens with the auto-update in this respect?

I see you have multiple subscriptions. If you have multiple subscriptions, the total number of products appearing in a subscription will usually be less than the total number of products in your category. I think that accounts for the disparity. I did not see the total change for any subscription after clicking find in your store.

As for the auto-update, that's a V3 feature... meaning the products on your website will be automatically update at an interval you set. It has nothing to do with subscriptions, though subscriptions are set up to make sure your store has new products in it. That was a V1 feature and is a V3 feature.
