Default Search in Navbar?

Is there anyway this can be done? I would like to incorporate search into the navigational bar to a wordpress installation if at all possible.

You will need to edit your theme's header.php file and add the search box there. You can use this code to display the search box in your template code:

<?php echo datafeedr_tag('widget/simple-search'); ?>
