Default Paginations not working

Store ID: 38862
Website URL: coffeemachinesq.com
URL to page in question: http://www.coffeemachinesq.com/store...mpset_status=2

Hi,

I have change the catergory view so that it only shows those products with comparsions. Unfortunately pagination is now not working :

http://www.coffeemachinesq.com/store...mpset_status=2

Is this a result of the changes?

Hi

Sorry, I think I steered you in the wrong direction. I forgot that embedded views do not support pagination.

So.... since you have very few categories in your store, I think it's best to have a view for each category in your store (ie. 13 different category views).

I have already created a view for your Delonghi category which you can find here: The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > CATEGORY PAGE > Delonghi

Here's what I suggest:

1. Edit the Delonghi category page view to get the page set up exactly how you want. Make any HTML changes that you need to make. Make sure that you have the Delonghi category page perfect.

2. After you have the Delonghi category page to your liking, go up to the View menu and click "Duplicate This View". In the window that pops up under "Choose a category", choose a new category.

3. Once the new view is created, you need to modify the Product list settings. Let's say you set up a new view for your Siemens category. Go here: The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > CATEGORY PAGE > Siemens and click the settings icon for the Product list module. You will need to change the query string on that page to match your category. For example, here's how the Siemens category would look:

You will just need to change that parameter in the query string for each category page view. For multiple word categories such as Francis Francis, you would use francis-francis.

Sorry about the confusion. This should work for you now.

Hi Eric,

Thanks you for sorting out master product cats as posted by you above. That worked fine for that website. However we have started a new website and used the same set up but can't get it to behave in the same way.

There is obviously something we've missed. Your help would be welcome. I have liste the new site url above

Thanks

Hi,

Just to clarify the post I've just posted. The issue with the new site is that it is showing all products rather than just Master Products.

Hi

You need to check the "Use custom query" box:
