It is possible that upon update a merchant's products were unavailable on our end due to their feed missing when we performed an update. And if your site updated at that time, then you would have missing products at that time.

You could try decreasing the update time to 1 day to see if that helps. But it might just be that the merchant(s) removed those products from their inventory for good.
