I think it's really a content/quality issue.

1) First of all as Eric already suggested clear your comments.

I don't know whether your blog automatically approves comments or not but I would keep comments in moderation and only approve comments when they are related to the post.

2) Secondly one of Google's Webmaster guidelines is to

Keep the links on a given page to a reasonable number.

You should definitely decrease the number of links in your posts.

In the post below for example you have about 30 (!) links with a lot of links going to Amazon and eBay.

Not sure if you use some kind of plugin that automatically links keywords you specify, but if you do turn that off.

If you added the links manually, review each post again and remove all links or at least drastically reduce the number of links.

3) Another one of Google's Webmaster guidelines is

If your site participates in an affiliate program, make sure that your site adds value.

The post below for example does not add value.

It contains hardly content (less than 100 words) but nevertheless there are 8 Amazon links.

You should add more value to such kind of posts or remove such posts entirely.

4) Finally I advise you to read the Google Webmaster Guidelines below and see if your pages comply with most of the guidelines.

Fix your content wherever you can before submitting a reconsideration request.
