Whether XSL can be accessed is controlled by the .htaccess file in the datafeedr directory.

The simplest option to fix that is to delete the .htaccess from the plugin folder (wp-content/plugins/datafeedr/.htaccess) via FTP and repeat the plugin update. If that doesn't work, we'll go to plan B.

The XSL file is not essential and only used when viewing sitemaps in browser. Google and other services don't use it.
