Product view not appearing correctly on website (missing columns and buttons)
Hi there,
I'm configuring my store on my website, but the layouts I configure via the factory do not appear on the front-end. Columns and buttons are missing. I did rename the homepage of the store to: /vergelijk-en-bestel-luiers and added this page to my site. But /store also still exists in my pages section. For categories I chose to use the slug /vergelijk. There the layout isn't appearing correctly either. Example: http://www.luiervergelijker.nl/verge...orie/attitude/ Any idea on how to fix this? Many thanks!!! Store ID: 40921 Website URL: http://www.luiervergelijker.nl URL to page in question: http://www.luiervergelijker.nl/verge...-bestel-luiers |
Hi
I imported your store into my test site and it appears just fine. Can you click the [Update Products and Settings] button here WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr to see if that fixes the issue. Eric |
I updated the products and settings but unfortunately nothing changes. Buttons and layouts are still missing. Also a Comparison set I creted via the factory does not appear coreectly on my website: http://www.luiervergelijker.nl/verge...2200197889965/
Any idea on what goes wrong here? I do see that the first part of my breadcrum has a typo 'Vergelijk & Bstel' instead of 'Vergelijk & Bestel'. Could that have something to do with it? How can I adjust this? |
Hi,
It appears your CSS file is not being loaded properly. I made a change to your store's settings. Can you click the [Update Products and Settings] button on your site again? Thanks, Eric |
I've updated Products and Settings but unfortunately the buttons are still missing.
Any idea? Thanks for your help! |
Hi
Can you PM me the following information: BLOG LOGIN INFO with ADMINISTRATOR PERMISSIONS (Temporary login information preferred) Admin URL: Username: Password: FTP LOGIN INFORMATION (Temporary login information preferred) Host: Login: Password: Thanks, Eric |
Hi,
It appears that all of the Directory settings here WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Directories were incorrect. Probably because you moved your files from a directory named "2012test" to the "public_html" directory. I reset your Directory settings and now things seem to be working fine. Eric |
