Possible to exclude product with no description?

Hello team,

Is it possible to exclude product with no description?

Some merchants are lazy sob's and I don't want these products to show.

However it seems impossible to search on this (because it is so random).

Also I'm still hoping someone can answer my previous question on the problem when I'm adding HTML (<A HREF>) to category descriptions.

Maybe there is an answer to these questions, many thanks in advance!
