No Plugin Tab

Hello ,
I am trying to upload the plugin on my dashboard and there is no plugin tab?
Can you help?

Datafeedr only works with the self-hosted version of WordPress.

FYI, Wordpress offer a guided transfer for $129 - you need to pay for a self-hosted Wordpress installation which are pretty cheap and then pay them $129 to transfer everything.
