Cannot update store

They have disabled the site again...

Also it seems that I cannot 'update' via the plugin anymore (from several sites, different servers) Just sitting at connecting.

Did they block it? Or is there a problem right now?

Hi

I'm really surprised they blocked your site again. Do you have other plugins enabled that run automatically such as a backup or some other automated process? Try disabling Datafeedr on that site and see what happens.

You probably can't update because all of your domain name settings include "www." they are not supposed to include any of that. http://www.datafeedr.com/videos?vide...rc=yt#videotop

I had 2 SEO based plugins that they recommended disabling (one for posts, one for images) and they have been disabled.

Updates were working fine all along (I updated once already after they enabled for my IP to fix), but have now removed the www in the factory. Other stores did not have www and they don't update now either. I have turned on debug, but now it just sits at 'reading'.

The newest version of the plugin is now: 3.3.3596

Please upgrade to 3.3.3596 and then click the [Update Products and Settings] button.

Also, you still have 2 stores that have "www." in the domain name field. Those stores are ID: 33720 & 33796.

Also, store ID 33746 should be all lower case.

Updated all stores to reflect no www and lowercase.

Plugin was updated on the disabled site to 3.3.3596 before they disabled it a second time.

All store plugins have been updated to the latest plugin. No change. Just 'connecting' message.

PM sent. I got one store to update. It has 15k products. Currently downloading the update (~26MB)

Any issues with datafeedr and cloudflare? It was enabled on a few sites yesterday.

LimitlessMktg October 9th, 2011 02:54 PM

I believe Cloudflare is the issue...

Disabled on one site that wasn't updating. Store updates fine now.

Removed Cloudflare and changed DNS on the remaining and will test again.

I will wait to hear how this goes before I log into your site.

Thanks.

I have to wait on Host Gator to enable the site I think, as I cannot get this (disabled) store to update. All the others are fine.

Too bad about CloudFlare. I liked what it offered.

Any thoughts on if this sort of thing would happen with googles new page speed service?

We'll look into the CloudFlare issue and try to see what's causing the problem.

LimitlessMktg October 9th, 2011 05:57 PM

Appreciate all the support today.

Hi

It looks like we've had the same issue in the past with CloudFlare. The problem is that CloudFlare caches too aggressively, and there's no easy way to refresh the cache.

Unfortunately, at this time, there is no workaround.
