How do I change the title tag?

I have done some serious SEO for this site, but where ever it shows on a search engine, social bookmark, social media site it always says "this is the stores homepage" then my title. How do I change that? I have looked for meta tags and such in certain places, I just cant find where to make changes.

Here: The Factory > Your Store > VIEWS > STORE FRONT PAGE > Default > View menu > View Properties

I've followed your instructions and can't see anything even vaguely related to the title tag. Am I missing something obvious?
