Default products in wordpress not updated to datafeedr

Hi,

Store Connection Key 17ldz60s8badmy7e
website - shop.yellowpost.com.au

I am just starting up with datafeedr and am using the "shopperpress" theme.
I could load the products initially using the datafeedr plugin.

When I updated the factory setttings for more products, the factory category is updated.
Then I click the datafeedr plugin, "Update products and settings". I can see more products count getting added on the right hand top corner of the page.

When I go to the "Products" page, I cannot see more products in the list.

What am I doing wrong that I cannot see the updated products .

Regards,
Saurabh.

Hi Saurabh,

Welcome to the forums!

It sounds like you are missing a step. I think you now need to import the products from Datafeedr into Shopperpress. I'm not exactly sure what that entails. I think you need to ask the Shopperpress guys what the next step is. I'm guessing you're just 1 click away.

Thanks Eric. That was a quick response. the first time I did "Update products and settings", it loaded the initial set of products automatically. Not sure why it not loading now. I will try to fiddle around and ask shopperpress guys.

yup found it. The shopperpress theme has a inbuilt "datafeedr" section in their import tab. it did the job.
Before using datafeedr, I had read in many forums that your customer service is very prompt and great. You live to your name. Great to know you.
