Question Locate Amazon PIN

I am attempting to add products from Amazon. I am an Amazon affiliate and am a developer in AWS...I have entered my access key and secret key. I am trying to add products to my store and I am now asked for my PIN. I don't know where that is. I have spent way too much time searching my Amazon panel(s) but, alas, no PIN. Can you help? Amazon has no chat, phone or e-mail to contact them.

Hi Curt,

Welcome to the forums!

I think there's a bit of confusion. The PIN is a pin number you create in order for us to secure (encrypt) your Amazon security credentials in our database.

So when you inserted your Amazon security credentials in the Factory the first time, you should have been prompted to enter a PIN number (a PIN number that you choose).

You only need to create the PIN one time.
