![]() Store ID: 46039
Website URL: MyLadysCloset.com URL to page in question: http://myladyscloset.com/store/category/boots/ Here's the issue: One time I'll do an update (or let it update automatically) and the Boots category will have over 800 products. The next update it shows "There are no products in this category." I've double and triple checked the search terms, and while there are a lot of negative terms (dang if I know how panties and shampoo creeped into the results) but I have it showing 912 records in the factory at the moment. No other categories show this problem. My negative terms are to eliminate products that showed up with the search term "boots" that didn't go with that category. I set up my negative terms as -"first word"|"second word"|"third word" etc. as doing them -"first word" -"second word" -"third word" didn't seem to filter it out correctly. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong, of if there is a problem on the other end? Thank you. Wayne Last edited by wayneqsr : September 16th, 2014 at 06:33 AM. |

![]() Hi Wayne,
The issue is, your search subscription is too large. You have entered over 50 keywords in your search. I would suggest reducing that to under 10. I have set up a test 'hidden' category for your boots category which has a much more simplified search. You can see it here: http://factory3.datafeedr.com/feeder...ry?cat=1411173 It's also very accurate. Eric

![]() Looks good! Thanks!
It looks like I need to learn more about how to set my filters up because I can see this helping with my other categories. Is there a guide somewhere? Thank you for your assistance and quick response. Now, if only loading the categories in the factory was as fast as your responses, it would be perfect! ![]() |

![]() Hi,
When you create smaller searches like my "test" search, they will load faster. You can find more info here: http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/159 http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/162 http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/163 http://www.datafeedr.com/docs/item/164 Eric
