Update settings only, from within plugin

I see there is a new option to download "settings only", from within the factory.

Is it possible to do this, but from the wordpress/datafeedr interface?

I have Curl set up and just update my store from the website. Too many extra steps for me to have to download and install a file, when I have simply changed a setting I want to see.

Also, can you please clarify exactly what is included in "Settings only". Are views included?

This is possible if you upgrade your plugin, though it's very beta and could affect links to your categories. If everything on your end is running fine, I would wait a day or 2 to upgrade your plugin. There are issues with using the most recent version of the plugin.
