my thoughts

first-I just found a way to print off paper copies to try to follow for my hopeful success from start to finish. got really frustrated when when my videos did not show this line to take for me to follow. hopefully, this text or printed message will help me. please remember. we older folks are not COMPUTER TRAINED. next. your customer service is tremendous. you have answered right off, am very pleased with you trying to help me.
