the swedish letter åäö are converted in the slug but not åæø

become

but the danish letter
domain.com/category/tyg/grøn-gardin
become
domain.com/category/tyg/grn-gardin

i would like the permalink SEO friendly

where can i change this setting?
i cant find it in wordpress since the pages are generated by your system

You can edit your category slugs here: The Factory > Your Store > CATEGORIES > Grøn-Gardin > Category menu > Category Properties > Slug

thats strange because when i use the swedish products they are automatoc converted in the title:

ä=a
ö=o

example:
