New User Unable to Update Shop

I am a new user and am trying to work on my first shop. When I try to upload after adding some products, I get the following error sent to me via email:

This is to inform you that the automatic update on your website (madeinusachallenge.com) has failed. Please see the error message(s) below:

ERROR:
-Store data cannot be read,
Technical details:
plugin/plugin:139 view=home

app/update:90 BEGIN: status=read
app/update:139 UPDATE FAILED
ERROR: err_read not_readable(122)

The Store page appear blank.

Can you help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

Thank you very much for your reply. I did read the post you mentioned. However, I have no idea how to do anything to the "server". I don't believe I even have access to it? I purchased this program because it said no knowledge of coding skill were required. Is this not the program for me?

Ok I spoke with my sister who is the brains behind the operation who set up my blog for me. She said I already have a server and
"the full path to the directory is" http://madeinusachallenge.com/shop/
she also said " It's CHMODed so you should be good to go."

Does this make sense? What do I do with this server?

Sorry to bombard you with questions. I asked her how to access the server and she says:

"It's just an empty directory, there's nothing in it so there's no way to access it. I'm guessing they/you are going to install the program in this new directory."

How do I do this?

Hi

Probably the easiest thing to do is to:

1. Go here: WordPress Admin Area > Tools > Datafeedr > Debug > System Information

2. Click the [Show] button.

3. Copy all of the information that appears about your server in the box.

4. PM me that information.

Then I will tell you the next steps to take.
