Can't build store

Hi

Returned to Datafeedr after a break of a few months and having a problem getting my first store up and running. The store is in the factory and ready to go, I have activated the plugin however it will not allow me to do a quick update because '"Quick Update" cannot be run for the following reasons:Temp Directory: Directory not found'

If I go to the directories tab and try and set the directories under Temporary Directory it says /root/tmp but a big red icon is next to it, telling me Directory Not Found.

This is very odd indeed. I fired up Winscp and upon going to /root/ I see a directory called tmp (with 777 permissions).

Plan b, in the short term, was to download the store from the factory and import the manual way but the factory times out so I cannot get the file.

Any help would be great please. Appear to be a little stuck!!

Just tried on another server I own and everything worked fine so guessing it's server related. Odd

Try changing /root/tmp to /tmp

For about ten mins, then went back to be very slow, and has remained in that state since. I just performed a search for 'gloves' so far it's up to ten mins to return the results, and still going.

Getting to close to the stage where it is hindering, rather than helping, my company. If it carries on like this i'll have no choice but to close account. The tool is unusable.

Even simple things like clicking on a category are resulting in wait times of several minutes, that's before I try and add any content to said category!

Eric, now been trying to load an empty category for 18mins! Do you consider this to be acceptable?
