Do you have an update on this? When we logged in today, it keeps sending us to the payments page even though we set that up a week ago. We presume it is linked to the login issue. Cheers Michelle |

![]() We're still working on a solution.
Please do NOT rejoin as that will NOT help. The problem is an internal Amember (the membership software we use) software problem. As the helpdesk of Amember is closed we're on our own to fix the problem. Amember used to set the expiry date for any active subscription to a fixed future date in the year 2012. As you can guess this was yesterday (2012-12-31). Result is that all active subscriptions turned into status EXPIRED in amember - NOT in PayPal. That's why you can't login at this moment. ![]() We fixed the login issue. All should be fine again. No action is required on your end.
