Default Cache all pages or not?

Hi,

I was looking at several advanced settings and such trying to fine tune the store. Should I check "cache all pages of store for faster load times"? Is there any downside to doing so? If I do this what would you recommend the number of minutes to refresh the cache setting to be at?

Hi,

Yes, I would cache your pages. As for how long to cache pages, I would go with 12 hours (720 minutes).
